PITTSBURG, Texas, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (NYSE: PPC), the nation's largest chicken company, was recently honored by Wal-Mart as a "Supplier of the Year" in the fresh and frozen meat category for 2006.
