Pilgrim's Pride Names Vice President of Investor Relations
PITTSBURG, Texas, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (NYSE: PPC) today announced the appointment of Kathy M. Costner as vice president of investor relations.

Ms. Costner had previously served as executive vice president of investor relations for North American Oil and Gas in Lafayette, Louisiana. Prior to holding that position, she served in corporate investor relations positions for Chieftain International, Inc. in Edmonton and Alberta, Canada, the Exploration Company of Louisiana in Lafayette, and was previously in institutional sales with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
She earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Louisiana, a master's degree from the University of North Carolina, and a bachelor's degree from Sacred Heart College in North Carolina.
Ms. Costner is a member of Financial Management Association International and the National Investor Relations Institute.
